When purchasing with us, we do require a 30-50% deposit upfront before work begins. If the work is canceled, depending on time and product used will determine the refund.
Payment plans can be discussed.
When commisioning, you agree to the following rules:
Payments:
- Full payment must be completed before shipping or delivery.
- Large projects may be split into milestone payments.
Revisions & Charges
- Minor updates during the design phase are allowed.
- Major changes after printing or painting has started may result in additional charges.
- Excessive revisions may incur extra fees.
Custom Models & STL Work
- Custom STL files are for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed separately.
- Reselling, redistributing, or reposting the STL files without permission is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to decline projects we are uncomfortable creating.
Printing & Painting
- Due to the handmade nature of painted miniatures, small imperfections may occur.
- Colors may vary slightly between digital previews and final physical products.
- Every model is painted by hand, making each piece unique.
Turnaround Time
- Completion times vary depending on project size and queue workload.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Delays caused by shipping, material shortages, or printer failures may occasionally occur.
Shipping & Handling
- Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers once the package has been shipped, though we will help where possible.
- International buyers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Deposits are refundable, depending on time and material used
- Custom-made items cannot typically be refunded after completion.
- Refunds for damaged items are handled case-by-case with photo proof.
Communication
- Respectful communication is expected from both parties.
- Harassment, chargeback threats, or abusive behavior may result in commission cancellation.
